About This Coach

Before coming to Alabama in 2007, West Virginia native Nick Saban led programs with LSU, Michigan State, the University of Toledo, and even the Miami Dolphins. He earned his undergraduate degree in business and his master’s in sports administration from Kent State. Saban also co-authored a book in 2001 that documents his first two years of coaching at LSU, as well as a self-help book in 2005.
